Namah Shivaya Yoga is an International School of Yoga & Meditation founded by Dr. Tejvinder Monga in 2008. Centers are located in New Delhi, Gurgaon, Boston, Hakodate and Shonan in Japan. We are dedicated to serving the community and sharing the light of Yoga.
