The Lalita Sahasranama is a prayer to Adi Shakti the supreme feminine power of the Universe. The students will learn how to chant the Lalita Sahasranama, and connect to the practice of bhakti yoga which burns samskaras, karma and renders the mind pure.

Advanced pranayama is the practice of Kapalabhatti and Nadi Shodhana pranayama. The student will experience the practice of bandhas or energetic locks and also the advanced practice of Kevala kumbhaka or breath suspension. These practices are designed to purify the nadis and awaken the dormant kundalini energy.

Meditation, Pranayama, Chanting and Yoga Nidra is the foundation of the Master program. The student experiences a deeper meditation and a deep purification of the subtle body during yoga nidra.
