January 2023 - December 2024 

Course Outline

 

This program is designed to deepen the personal practice of Yoga under the guidance of  Tej Monga, who has more than 29 years experience in practising yoga. 

 

The spiritual awakening is possible In daily life, it describes a yogin who is living a wholesome life in support of the spirit, as instructed by the Guru.

 

 

Curriculum

  • Advanced Pranayama

  • Concentration techniques 

  • Meditation

  • Light on Yoga Sutras applied to the practice

  • Bhakti Yoga ~ Chanting of Lalita Sahasranama

  • Yoga Nidra

 

The principles of the Patanjali Yoga Sutras are a concise and effective method for the serious yoga student. The success in yoga practice is gained by faith, memory, development of pure energy and a sincere effort to follow the wisdom of sutras. 

 

The Lalita Sahasranama is a prayer to Adi Shakti the supreme feminine power of the Universe. The students will learn how to chant the Lalita Sahasranama, and connect to the practice of bhakti yoga which burns samskaras, karma and renders the mind pure.

 

Advanced pranayama is the practice of Kapalabhatti and Nadi Shodhana pranayama. The student will experience the practice of bandhas or energetic locks and also the advanced practice of Kevala kumbhaka or breath suspension. These practices are designed to purify the nadis and awaken the dormant kundalini energy. 

 

Meditation, Pranayama, Chanting and Yoga Nidra is the foundation of the Master program. The student experiences a deeper meditation and a deep purification of the subtle body during yoga nidra. 

 

The combination of meditation, asana, pranayama, chanting and yoga nidra brings an evolution of consciousness and many sincere students will endeavor to experience the different levels of samadhi as outlined in the Patanjali Yoga Sutras.

 

 

Program Outline : The Master program will meet Online three times a month.

One session will be exclusive for Master students with a 3 hour practice session. The other 2 sessions will be joining the Satsang on Saturday morning ( evening for students in India and Japan)  for practice under the guidance of Tej Monga. 

 

Program Duration : The total duration of the Master program is 2 years

 

Mentorship : The students will have the opportunity to discuss the progress

made during the month, and ask questions regarding their own personal practice.

  • Spiritual Diary

  • Dream Journal

  • Likhita Japa 

  • Personal practice  given by the teacher (Meditation, Pranayama, Asana, Yoga Nidra)

Japan Saturdays 9:30 am to 12:30 pm

India Saturdays 6:00 am to 9:30 am
